This new residential development maximises a constrained site between an existing building and the adjacent street. The 3-storey structure is constructed using cold formed steel wall panels and concrete metal deck composite floors supported on a reinforced concrete basement box. The external facade is a combination of engineering brick and cedar panelling.

To avoid complex propping and temporary retention works within the confined site the existing brick retaining walls were incorporated into the new basement construction.
