Edgware Sterling Court

As part of the second phase of the Stonegrove development, 937 new dwellings of mixed tenure includes a new church and community centre that were developed exclusively using BIM. The site spans over 30 acres and is situated on the edge of the green belt at the northern edge of the London Borough of Barnet. The original estates were built in the 60's and 70's.

DDA Engineers have worked closely with Barratt West London and the design team to facilitate a progressive design and construction schedule that will add value to the sites extensive regeneration.
