Land of Lions, London Zoo, UK.

The exhilarating land of the Lions experience transports the visitors to Sasan Gir, Gujarat, India. The vibrant town is located on the edge of the Gir forest, home to the Asiatic Lion and primates. 

DDA Engineers were involved from concept to delivery and coordinated the specialist design of the netting systems which protect the visitors and animals whilst providing an immersive barrier free experience. Structural steelwork for the theming and walkways was also undertaken by DDA. Close collaborative work with ZSL and Ray Hole ensured the design; materials and fixtures were implemented with the highest consideration for the animals.
