Leonardo Experience

DDA Engineers were engaged by Qwery, a specialist contractor for creative environments to conduct a review for the Leonardo Experience at the National Gallery, London.

The project included a recreation of Leonardo’s workshop and a series of stacked aluminium boxes forming a leaning display, curved on plan.

DDA’s work included designing the temporary timber roof structure and walls forming the workshop, and stability analysis of the leaning box structure.

DDA Engineers were appointed by Qwerk, to provide structural engineering design to justify the proposed structures forming the Summer In The Square exhibition at the National Gallery.
