This mixed-use development comprises 100 Apartments, a new church, 20,000 square feet of offices, 6,000 square feet of retail space, a renovated theatre/community hall, a new south facing private garden and basement car parking.
The primary design elements consist of a residential tower above the new church, a horizontal block (ground scraper) together with a series of duplex rooftop pavilions.
