Minthis Hills Villas, Cyprus.

The Minthis Hills residential development is set within the hills near the Tsada golf resort in Cyprus. The development consists of approximately 400 units of 9 villa types. 

We worked closely with Woods Bagot and Pafillia to develop the structural form of each villa type. The structures are generally formed from reinforced concrete with flat slab floors, concrete walls and concrete roofs. 

The aim of the design is to minimise structural thicknesses to provide modern, elegant designs consistent with the aspirations of the Architect and Client.
